Can you make any exceptions outside of your delivery area?

Yes. We can sometimes schedule deliveries outside our service area using our trucks. We can also assist with logistics for drop shipments utilizing contracted carriers.

What is your return policy on Mud?

Not all Mud is returnable. Please contact our office for more information at 432-687-6837. In most cases, bagged material is not returnable. In some cases, dry bulk or kill fluids may be returned.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, checks, and ACH payments.

How do I get set up as a customer with 30-day terms?

First, complete the application form. Once your application has been submitted, our staff will review and verify all information. After the review is complete, a team member will contact you to let you know whether your application has been approved or denied.

What kind of quality and specifications of products do you sell?

We take pride in offering products that meet high standards of quality, durability, and performance. Every item we sell is carefully selected and tested to ensure it meets our specifications before reaching you. All our products are tested and come with a COA verifying these specifications. Upon request, these can be provided.

Will my delivery have a fee?

We will deliver with no fee if you order 8 or more pallets of bagged material. If it is being delivered to a company’s yard, there is no delivery fee. However, if it is being delivered to a rig, there may be a delivery charge.

What is the turnaround time for a delivery?

Most times, it is the same day or the next morning when the PO (if needed) has been provided.

What is your company’s mission statement and values?

After 26 years, Mudsmith has grown weary of long, meaningless mission statements. Our mission statement has been condensed to three words: MAKE IT BETTER! If we start every day and approach every task with this “MAKE IT BETTER” mission statement in mind, we can, and we do MAKE IT BETTER.

Are you locally owned?

Yes, we are a locally owned and operated business. We are proud to serve our community and are committed to providing personized service, quality products, and supporting the local economy.

Is Mudsmith a 24-hour business?

Hours of operation normally run 7:30am – 5:30pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, we will service out of those hours as needed.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our office immediately at 432-687-6837 so we can quickly resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work to “MAKE IT BETTER.”

How do I get set up as a carrier for Mudsmith?

To become an approved carrier with us, you will need to complete our carrier setup process. This usually includes providing your company’s operating authority, safety rating information, COI, and W-9. Please see carrier setup tab for more information.

40lb, 50lb, 100lb, and supersacks.
